Spotify has not clarified what the issue with its service is. Making matters work, the option to reset their password is also unavailable. Users have found that when they try to listen to some music they have been logged out of their Spotify account and their password no longer works. The issue is understood to have begun shortly after 6pm today (March 8). Music streaming service Spotify is down with thousands of users left unable to log on to the platform.
